Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MANVEE Digital, we offer digital marketing consulting and performance services customized to client needs. As these are service-based and often involve strategic planning, execution, and resource commitment, our refund and cancellation policy is structured as follows:

Cancellations

You may cancel a project before the agreed-upon start date by writing to us at keerthan@manveedigital.com. In such cases, we will refund the full amount paid, minus any payment gateway charges if applicable.

Once a project or retainer agreement has commenced, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for services already rendered, including but not limited to:

• Consulting sessions

• Campaign setup or management

• Audits or strategy documents

However, if a payment has been made in error, or if a service was not delivered as mutually agreed upon, you may contact us for a case-by-case review. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original mode of payment.
